- Guests in Los Gigantes, Playa la Arena or Golf del Sur can request pickup for 65€ total (round trip).
- Pickup in Puerto de la Cruz may be possible for private tours only, with an extra charge. Pickup is never available from the north for shared tours.
- Drinking and driving is not encouraged, and Club Canary is not responsible for any incident related to alcohol. Even if someone in your group skips the wine, the price stays the same, no discount applies.
- Kept small and personal, up to 8 guests with transport and 8 self-drive guests, 16 in total. Private tours are just your group, with no other guests.

In the volcanic vineyards of southern Tenerife, around Vilaflor de Chasna, which at over 1,400 metres is the highest wine village in Spain. The mineral-rich volcanic soil and the altitude give Canarian wines their distinctive character, and you taste them right where they are made.
Which wines will I taste on the tour?
Up to 8 different Canarian wines on the standard tour, and up to 12 on the VIP day, including whites, reds and local specialities like Malvasía. The wines are made from island grapes such as the Listán variety, are free from added sugar, and are poured by the people who make them.
Is the wine tour good for beginners, or only wine experts?
It is perfect for both. You do not need to know anything about wine. The winemaker explains everything simply, from how the grapes grow to how to taste, so beginners feel at ease, while wine lovers get real depth about volcanic terroir and Canarian winemaking.
Can I do the wine tour without drinking, or as a designated driver?
Yes. The self-drive option lets you meet at the winery in your own car, which is ideal if one of your group prefers not to drink. Please note that drinking and driving is not encouraged, and the price stays the same for a non-drinking guest, as they still enjoy the full tour, the food and the winery visit.
Is there a private or VIP wine tour option?
Yes. The private tour follows the same route and wineries but just for your group, which is great for couples, families or celebrations. The VIP day is the full experience, with Teide and Vilaflor, two wineries, up to 12 wines, tapas, a cheese tasting and a full a-la-carte lunch. Both can be tailored, just ask us.
Is hotel pickup included, and from where?
Free pickup and drop-off is included on the shared tour from the south of Tenerife, between Callao Salvaje and Los Cristianos. Los Gigantes, Playa la Arena and Golf del Sur can be added for 65€ total. Pickup is never available from the north on the shared tour, and self-drive guests meet at the winery by 11:00.

Deposit & Payment
- You pay only a small deposit to confirm, and it counts toward the total.
- The rest is paid on the day, to the driver or at the vineyard.
- The deposit secures your seats but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellations
- Shared and self-drive: free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Groups of 4+ people: up to 4 days before. Private and VIP: up to 6 days before.
- Private/VIP cancelled 4 to 6 days before: 50% of deposit refunded. Under 48 hours: deposit lost plus 60% of the balance.
- Any booking cancelled under 24 hours or a no-show: deposit lost plus 90% of the balance.
- Shared cancelled under 48 hours (or groups 4+ under 4 days): deposit lost. Shared cancelled under 12 hours: deposit lost plus 50% of the balance.
- Illness or last-minute changes: no refund, as costs and prep are already incurred. Contact us as soon as possible and, if told in time, we try to help.

- This is an authentic wine experience about local culture and quality, not a party bus. Please drink responsibly and respect the guide, other guests and the vineyard.
- If a guest becomes intoxicated or behaves inappropriately, no refund is provided.
Liability & Health
- Any issue must be raised on the spot with the guide, as Club Canary is not on-site and cannot decide afterwards.
