⏩ Skip the line in the morning:
On weekends or sunny days, queues at Aqualand are long and slow — families buying tickets, locals showing ID for resident discounts, kids’ ages being checked. With a Club Canary ticket you use the smaller gate for ticket holders and skip all that. If you want to start sliding fast, book in advance.

🚌 Free bus service:
Aqualand runs a free daily bus from Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, and Los Cristianos. Book in advance with Club Canary and you can hop on by just showing your ticket. Please note: it’s an external service, so if the bus is full or breaks down, that’s outside our control. In that case you may need a taxi, but you can usually still use the bus back.

🐬 Dolphin show & encounters:
Your ticket includes access to the famous Aqualand dolphin show, normally at 15:30 (check times on arrival). If you want a dolphin encounter, it must be booked directly inside the park.

📸 Pro tip: photos:
Aqualand photographers walk around all day. Scan your face at the QR stations by the sunbeds to see your photos online. One picture is about 10€, or buy a package for one person (20–25€) and get 10–20 pro shots from the day. You can also print your favourite at the exit for around 8–10€.

🛏️ Sunbeds & lockers:
Sunbeds are not included in the ticket. They cost around 3€ for standard or 5€ for cushioned with parasol. Lockers are also extra and easy to arrange once inside.

🎟 Ticket & accessibility:
• Have your Club Canary ticket ready, printed or digital on your phone
• Swimwear required on all rides
• If you have mobility challenges, mention it in your booking notes and we’ll advise accordingly

💳 Deposit & policy:
Club Canary makes it easy to book with a small deposit and pay the rest later. Deposits don’t cover last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Please review the Aqualand Tenerife Ticket Policy before booking.

💳 Deposit & payment

• With Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to confirm your Aqualand Tenerife booking, it counts toward your total.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day, usually at the park entrance or to the activity operator.
• The deposit secures your reservation but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.

🗓 Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your chosen date — full refund.
• Cancel 24–72 hours before, 60% refund.
• Cancel under 24 hours before, 40% refund.
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
• Normally Aqualand Costa Adeje tickets are non-refundable when bought direct. This flexible cancellation policy is unique to Club Canary.
• If you or a participant falls ill last minute, contact us immediately, we always try to help when possible.

🎟 Ticket validity

• Your Aqualand Tenerife ticket is valid for 90 days from your chosen date. Can’t go on that day? You can still use it within that window.

🚌 Free bus service

• Booking your Aqualand tickets in advance with Club Canary gives you access to the free Aqualand Tenerife shuttle bus. Just show your ticket when boarding.
• This is an external service. If the bus is full, delayed, or has technical issues, that is outside our control. A taxi is always available, and you can usually still use the free bus for your return.

🏖️ Inside Aqualand Costa Adeje

• Sunbeds are not included in your Aqualand ticket. They cost about 3€ for standard or 5€ for cushioned with parasol.
• Lockers are available inside for a small extra fee.

⚖️ Park rules & conduct

• Swimwear is required on all rides at Aqualand Tenerife.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• Children must always be supervised by an adult.
• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused entry or removed without a refund.

❌ No refunds inside the park

• Once you’ve entered Aqualand Tenerife, no refunds are given for early departures or personal reasons (illness, bad weather, etc.).
• The only exception is if Aqualand itself closes the park.

🎁 Voucher bonus

• After booking your Aqualand Tenerife tickets with Club Canary, request your voucher via the WhatsApp link in your confirmation email.
• Amount depends on your total spend, from 6€ (50–100€) up to 40€ (500€+).
• Use it on your next Tenerife activity, such as Tenerife whale watching, Teide tours, or water sports.
