Aqualand Tenerife Tickets

When purchasing Aqualand tickets through Club Canary, it’s essential to be aware of the following conditions to ensure a hassle-free experience:

General Terms

• Club Canary is solely a ticket provider for Aqualand. We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or any other issues that might occur within the park premises.
• No refunds are provided after entering Aqualand. This includes early departures due to illness or any other reason.
• It’s not our intention to sound stringent. Theme parks, including Aqualand, have their firm policies which we need to convey for clarity.

Free Cancellation Policy

• Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the ticket date.
• For groups of 15 or more, the cancellation period is extended to 5 days before the ticket date.

Park Regulations

• Only use designated areas for smoking.
• Swimwear is mandatory for all rides.
• Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be escorted out without a refund.
• Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
