Bananas Tenerife
The Canary Islands are known for many things, but one of the most well-known foods that come from this archipelago are bananas. These bananas are special because they are grown in unique conditions that give them a rich and signature flavor.
Rich Volcanic Soil
The Canary Islands are volcanic islands with a mild and subtropical climate, which creates ideal conditions for banana plantations. The rich volcanic soil is full of nutrients that allow the bananas to grow optimally and develop a distinctive flavor that sets them apart from other bananas.
Natural Farming Methods
In addition to the unique climate and soil conditions, bananas in Tenerife are grown using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. The farmers take great care in growing and harvesting the fruit, using natural methods to ensure that each banana is of the finest quality.

When you visit a banana farm in Tenerife, you can taste the difference for yourself. The bananas are picked fresh and are at their peak of ripeness, giving them an unparalleled taste. During this banana visit you can learn more about the growing process and taste the delicious fruit for yourself.
