NYE Boat Trip Tenerife – Booking & Cancellation Policies
New Year’s Eve is the only night of the year where our policies are stricter than usual. By booking, you automatically agree to everything below. If anything is unclear, ask Dora before paying.
💳 Two Ways To Book Your Boat
Pay 100% of the boat price at booking. Booking is confirmed instantly. The cancellation refund schedule below applies.
Pay 25% deposit at booking to lock your boat. The remaining 75% is due 40 days before NYE (21 November 2026).
Important: the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, the deposit converts into a Club Canary gift voucher valid for any other experience.
If the 75% balance is not received 40 days before NYE, the booking is automatically cancelled. Your 25% deposit converts to a Club Canary gift voucher for future use. The boat is then released to another guest.
📅 Cancellation Refund Schedule (Full Payment)
For guests who paid 100% upfront, refunds are calculated from the total amount paid:

🌊 Weather Cancellation Policy
Safety always comes first. Only the captain and crew can decide it is unsafe to sail due to weather conditions. If they declare it unsafe on 31 December 2026:
- 85% refund of the total amount paid
- The remaining 15% covers administration costs and compensates the captain and crew
- Weather decisions are made on the day by the captain, based on sea conditions and guest safety
- Refunds processed within 14 working days

We cannot hold any reservation without receiving payment (full or 25% deposit). With only 8 boats available and high demand, the first paid booking secures the boat. Once fully booked, no additional availability will be added.

- The lead booker is responsible for their group’s conduct on board
- The captain has full authority on safety decisions, including returning to port early
- Damage caused by guests is the responsibility of the booker
- Illegal substances are strictly forbidden
- Smoking and vaping allowed only in designated outdoor areas

- All boats are fully licensed and insured under Spanish maritime law
- Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance covering boat activities
