I am not staying at one of the Express Bus hotels, can I still book?
Yes. If you stay in areas like Los Gigantes, Alcalá, Playa San Juan, Playa Paraíso, La Caleta, Costa del Silencio, Golf del Sur or El Médano, you can still book the Loro Parque transfer at the same price. In that case you are placed on the normal route, which includes more stops and can take a bit longer, but it is still a comfortable dedicated Loro Parque coach and not a public bus.
I only want the Express Bus. What should I do?
If you only want the Express Bus and you are able to travel to one of the express hotels, simply write the name of that hotel in the “hotel name” field when you book. For example, if you stay in an apartment or Airbnb in the mountains, you can choose one of the express hotels that suits you best, go there by taxi or car in the morning, and board the Express Bus from that stop.

Payment
- All Loro Parque bus bookings are paid in full online when you reserve your seats. No payment is taken on the bus.
- The bus and ticket package secures both your transfer and your official park ticket at the time of booking.
Arrival Time And Missed Bus Rules
- Please be at your Loro Parque bus stop at least 10 to 15 minutes before the pickup time shown on your ticket.
- The coaches used for the transfer are modern buses with GPS trackers. If the tracker and driver confirm the bus was at the stop and you were not there, the booking is recorded as a missed bus.
- The Loro Parque bus only runs in the morning. If you miss the outbound coach there is no later bus and no refund.
- If you travel to Loro Parque yourself after missing the outbound bus, please let us know. We may be able to place you on the return bus if seats are available, but this is a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
- Standard bookings (1 to 4 people): free cancellation up to 48 hours before the transfer.
- Groups of 5 to 10 people: free cancellation up to 4 days before the transfer.
- Large groups of 11 or more people: free cancellation up to 7 days before the transfer.
- If you cancel between 12 and 48 hours before the transfer, 50% of the bus transfer amount can be refunded. Loro Parque entrance tickets included in the booking are not refundable within 48 hours of the visit date.
- Entrance tickets may be rescheduled one time if requested in advance. Once rescheduled, the booking becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure, no-shows or missed buses are charged at the full price.
