- Your deposit counts toward the total ticket price. The remaining balance is paid at the entrance on the night of the show.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before the show: free cancellation. Full deposit refunded.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the show: cancellation is possible but the deposit is not refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the show, no-shows, or late arrivals denied entry: full deposit is lost. A late cancellation fee also applies: 15€ per standard adult, 25€ per VIP adult, 10€ per standard child, 15€ per VIP child.
- Running late due to traffic? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually still guide you to your seat.
Responsibility and Conduct
- Club Canary is your booking partner. The show performance is managed by the Castillo San Miguel organisation.
- Please respect staff and follow venue rules. If a guest behaves disrespectfully, the venue may refuse entry or continuation without refund.
