- Booking Confirmation: Don’t forget to bring your Club Canary ticket, either in digital format on your phone or as a printed copy.
- Payment Details: To secure your spot on the Mount Teide stargazing trip and for your convenience, you only need to pay a deposit of 40€ per person while booking online. This deposit allows us to confirm your place immediately and helps you plan your trip with peace of mind, knowing your booking is secured even during peak times when spots get filled quickly. The remaining 40€ per person is to be paid in cash on the day of the trip. This flexible payment approach ensures that your experience is both easy to book and fully guaranteed.
- Dress Appropriately: While comfort is crucial, it’s recommended to pack some warmer clothes in a bag. The temperature at Mount Teide can drop significantly at night.

Should inclement weather, as assessed by our expert astronomer, pose a risk, participants will be offered a chance to either reschedule their Mount Teide stargazing trip or receive a full refund. We promise to notify you at least 2 hours before the trip starts. If you don’t hear from us, the tour is set to proceed, and there’s no need to reach out to Club Canary for confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your Mount Teide stargazing tour freely up to 48 hours before your adventure begins by emailing office@clubcanary.com. For groups of more than 4, this courtesy extends to 4 days prior, ensuring ample flexibility for your plans.
Resolving Concerns:
Should you face any challenges during your stargazing journey, please bring them to the immediate attention of your guide. Given that Club Canary representatives are not on-site, direct communication enables swift resolution. This approach ensures your Mount Teide stargazing experience is nothing short of stellar.
Policy on No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stargazing experience necessitates adherence to a strict cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within the designated period or absence at the time of the tour results in the loss of your deposit. To manage the complexities of last-minute changes and respect the time of our guides, cancellations within 3 hours of the tour or no-shows incur an additional fee of 25% atop the deposit. This policy is crucial for compensating our guides fairly for their dedication and expertise in delivering an unforgettable Mount Teide stargazing experience.
