Delivery, Kilometres And Restrictions
- The Porsche 718 Cayman is a 2-seat sports coupe, made for the drive. It is available from age 23 with at least 2 years of experience. It is a high-end car, not a racing car, so drive it with respect and you will love every kilometre.
- Free kilometres are included, and the amount depends on your rental length, shown in the car description when you book. Extra kilometres beyond that are 3€ each.
- Free delivery to hotels and set locations in south Tenerife. For non-hotel stays, choose a well-known nearby meeting point. Delivery to north Tenerife (Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz) is available for rentals of 3 days or more, from 95€. Please be on time and keep your phone handy. Collection works the same way, we come to you.
- Return the car with the same fuel level it had on delivery. Most cars arrive with a nearly empty tank, so refuel shortly after pickup. Our team shows you the fuel type and the nearest station. Fuel in Tenerife is much cheaper than most of Europe.
- The car is for use on Tenerife only. No off-road driving, it is not covered by insurance. No drifting or stunts, and no losing the keys. Do not leave valuables in the car, and contact us right away if any incident occurs.
- All rentals include 24/7 roadside assistance. If the car breaks down, contact your Club Canary person immediately. We will arrange a replacement car, organise repairs, or provide compensation depending on the situation.

Rental Terms And Cancellation
Deposit And Payment
- A 20% deposit is paid at booking to secure your reservation.
- The balance is paid on delivery when we hand over the keys, cash or card.
- A refundable 2500€ security deposit is paid on delivery, by card or cash, and returned after the car comes back in the same condition. It covers traffic fines, lost keys, or damage not included in the insurance.
- Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 20 days before the rental start date.
- 10 to 20 days before: loss of 50% of the down payment (7.5% of the total).
- 5 to 10 days before: loss of the full down payment (20% of the total).
- 1 to 5 days before: loss of the full down payment plus 125€ per day booked, up to 625€.
- Less than 24 hours, or a no-show: loss of the full down payment plus 250€ per day booked, up to 1000€.
