Armani Boat Rental Information

Booking and Payment:

• Ticket Reminder: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket, either on your phone or printed.
• Deposit: To reserve your date, a deposit is required. Full booking confirmation will follow receipt of the deposit.
• Final Payment: Please bring the remaining amount in cash on the day of your trip. An ATM is available in the harbor if needed.

Cruise Duration and Catering:

• Extended Trips: For tours to Los Gigantes, we recommend booking at least 6 hours.
• Refreshments Included: Enjoy complimentary sandwiches and drinks, including soft drinks, beer, wine, or champagne. Paella is available for an additional fee of 30€ for groups up to 6, or 60€ for groups of 7 to 9.

Essentials to Bring:

• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, and swimwear. Towels are provided on board.

Crew and Capacity:

• The multilingual crew speaks Russian, Lithuanian, English, and Spanish.
• The Armani boat has a capacity limit of 6 participants.

Onboard Facilities:

• Relax in our sunbathing areas or enjoy the shade in comfortable seating spots.
• Accessibility: Please note, the boat is not wheelchair accessible.
• Footwear: Guests are required to remove shoes aboard, which will be stored until return.

• Seasickness: Consider taking a seasickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the designated area at the back of the boat.

Meeting Point and Parking:

• Location: Meet at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 2. The captain will greet you 5 minutes before departure.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure to ensure timely boarding.
• Parking: Ample parking is available at Puerto Colón at an hourly rate of approximately 1,20€.

• Meeting Point: The meeting point for your charter is at Armani Puerto Colon, Costa Adeje. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 3 days before the trip. Please send requests to office@clubcanary.com.
• If you fail to cancel on time or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be given for early termination of the trip or if you become ill.
• If you are late, the missed time will be deducted from your trip duration. If delays are caused by the charter service and are not your fault, compensatory time will be added.
