Renting with us is simple. All you need is your driving licence – no safety deposit, no fuss. Book online with a small deposit and pay the rest in cash when our partner delivers the car straight to your hotel or apartment.

Tip: Book at least 48 hours in advance – availability goes fast in peak season.

🚗 About the Cars

• Choose from Fiat Panda, Hyundai i10, Toyota Aygo, or Kia Picanto. All 5 doors, all insured, all regularly maintained.
• Cars are clean and road-ready. Some may show signs of normal use – this is not a luxury service, but everything is safe and reliable.
• Minor pre-existing marks are common due to tight parking in Tenerife. No charges will be made for these. You can document the car’s condition on delivery if you prefer.
• All cars under 25,000 km. 

🔓 Security Deposit

• No security deposit required for drivers aged 24 and over with a standard licence.
• Drivers under 24 or with less than 4 years of experience require a 400€ deposit. Please confirm via WhatsApp before booking.

🚕 Delivery and Collection

• Free delivery to your hotel or apartment in south Tenerife – Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraíso and surrounding areas.
• Not at a hotel? Choose a well-known nearby meeting point and we’ll come to you.
• South airport (TFS) delivery: +35€ each way.
• North Tenerife (Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz): available for rentals of 4+ days. Additional fee from 60€.
• Based in the north? You can take a bus to Los Cristianos bus station and we’ll deliver there. You can also return the car at that location or the airport.
• Be on time and keep your phone on. We’ll message you on the way.

⏱ Delays

• We aim to be on time but traffic happens. If we’re more than 15 minutes late, message us directly.

⛽ Fuel

• Return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it.
• Most cars arrive with a nearly empty tank — your first stop will likely be a petrol station.
• Our team will tell you the fuel type and point you to the nearest station.
• Fuel in Tenerife is significantly cheaper than most of Europe.

🔄 Returning the Car

• We collect cars between 06:00 and 08:00 in the morning.
• For convenience, you can leave the car parked near your hotel the evening before and leave the keys at reception or in the boot — no need to wake up early.
• If you need the car until a specific time in the morning, agree this in advance when the car is delivered.

🚫 What You Cannot Do

• No off-road driving – not covered by insurance.
• No drifting – tyre damage from improper driving is not covered.
• Lost keys are not covered.
• Do not leave valuables in the car.
• Cars are for use on Tenerife only. If you need to travel to another island and your rental is 4+ days, contact us first.

🪪 Documents Required

• A valid driving licence is required on collection.
• If you don’t have your physical licence, photos of both sides plus a second ID document are accepted.
• International licences are accepted.

🚌 Rather Not Drive?

• No problem. Check out our Tenerife bus tours as a relaxing alternative.
• If you do drive, basic English or Spanish is recommended for handling police stops or minor incidents.

Deposit and Payment

• A small deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is paid on delivery – cash or card accepted.
• No credit card information is required for booking.
• No security deposit required on arrival for drivers aged 24+ with standard licence. Drivers under 24 or with less than 4 years experience require a 400€ deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your booking.
• 48 to 72 hours before: loss of full deposit.
• 12 to 48 hours before: loss of deposit plus 20€ per day booked (up to 100€).
• Less than 12 hours or no-show: loss of deposit plus 30€ per day booked (up to 150€).

Kilometre Policy

• Unlimited kilometres included. Drive as much as you like with no extra charges.

Fuel Policy

• Return the car with the same fuel level as at delivery.
• No fuel deposit required – we trust our clients to return the car correctly fuelled.

Insurance

• All cars are covered by civil liability insurance.
• If an accident is not your fault, the insurance company covers all costs.
• If an accident is your fault, your maximum liability is 500€ as per the rental agreement.
• Off-road driving, tyre damage from improper use, and lost keys are not covered.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 24 years.
• Minimum driving experience: 4 years.
• Valid driving licence required. International licences accepted.
• Drivers under 24 or with less than 4 years experience: 400€ deposit required.
