Rental Terms And Cancellation
Deposit And Payment
- A small deposit is paid online to secure your booking, no credit card details needed.
- The balance is paid on delivery, cash or card.
- No security deposit on arrival for drivers aged 24 and over with a standard licence. Drivers under 24, or with less than 4 years of experience, need a 400€ deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your booking.
- 48 to 72 hours before: loss of the full deposit.
- 12 to 48 hours before: loss of deposit plus 20€ per day booked, up to 100€.
- Less than 12 hours, or no-show: loss of deposit plus 30€ per day booked, up to 150€.

Insurance
- All cars are covered by civil liability insurance.
- If an accident is not your fault, the insurance covers the costs.
- If an accident is your fault, your maximum liability is 500€ as per the rental agreement.
- Off-road driving, tyre damage from improper use, and lost keys are not covered.
Driver Requirements And Documents
- Minimum age 24, with a standard licence and at least 4 years of experience for no deposit.
- Drivers under 24, or with less than 4 years of experience, need a 400€ deposit.
- A valid driving licence is required on collection. International licences are accepted.
- No physical licence with you? Photos of both sides plus a second ID document are accepted.
Using The Car, Fuel And Return
- The car is for use on Tenerife only. For another island you need a rental of 4 or more days, and you must check with us first.
- No off-road driving and no drifting. Do not leave valuables in the car.
- Return the car with the same fuel level it had on delivery. The driver shows you the nearest petrol station and which fuel to use.
- Collection is arranged with you. You can leave the car near your hotel the evening before and leave the keys at reception, so no early start is needed.
