Deposit & Payment
- Bookings with Club Canary are confirmed with a small deposit.
- The remaining balance is paid on arrival at the venue, usually by cash or card.
- The deposit secures your seats but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Groups of 5 or fewer: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance.
- Groups of 6-10: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 4 days in advance.
- Groups of 11-19: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 6 days in advance.
- Groups of 20 or more: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 8 days in advance.
- Cancellations must be requested by email at office@clubcanary.com.
- If cancellation deadlines are missed, no refund will be issued.
- No refund is provided for no-shows or uncommunicated absences.
