Transport & Crew

Guests come to Puerto Colón by their own transport. Each yacht includes a captain and hostess, so you can fully relax and enjoy the celebration.

Group Size

Every booking is private. Capacity depends on the yacht you choose, usually 10 to 11 guests. Read each yacht section carefully, not all boats include the same menu or drinks.

Christmas Event Policy

Cancellation

25 days or more before departure: free cancellation or rescheduling, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
15 to 25 days before: 70% of the paid amount is refunded.
Less than 15 days before: no refund can be processed.
No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Weather

This event depends on safe sea and weather conditions. If the captain or crew decides conditions are not suitable, you get an alternative date or a full refund. Only the captain or crew can make the final safety decision.

Responsibility & Early End

If the trip ends early through your own choice or illness, no refund applies. All guests must follow onboard safety instructions and local maritime rules.
