Overview
Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your Paladio charter date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this three days before departure time. This can be done in cash or via card.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Meet the staff, and they will give you a short tour of the yacht.

Sugar overload
Jet skiing in combination with alcohol is not a good thing. But some extra sugar, beforehand no problem! Upon arrival at the yacht, a high tea will be waiting for you with a big Rockstar cake in the center.

Adrelaline rush
Water toys are part of a Rockstar yacht charter experience. We arrange 4 Jet Skis and throw the zodiac in the ocean ready for wakeboarding or water ski fun.

Photo shoot time
The perfect time to shoot some group water sports photos before the crew welcomes you with towels on board. One of the crew members can do this with your phone, or you can hire a photographer via the upgrade selection.

Did someone say cocktail hour?
Let us know what your favorites cocktails are, because after the water sports activities you will be thirsty.

Lunch time
For the past 2 hours, the chef has had time to prepare an over-the-top lunch for you. You can enjoy this in the bay where we will anchor.

Off to a spectacular location
For the next 2 hours, the yacht will move toward Los Gigantes. You will have the opportunity to perhaps retire to the master bedroom or enjoy yourself on the yacht, however you like.

Play time
The yacht anchors at a beautiful snorkeling location. You can snorkel there, paddle surf and if you feel like it, donut behind the boat.

Getting ready for dinner

Themed dinner
When you return to the yacht, the crew has prepared the yacht for a dinner in your chosen theme.
18:30 – 21:30
Super yacht party
Once dinner is over, the yacht party begins. The champagne bottles will be brought out. You can play your favorite playlist, or if you have added a DJ via upgrades you can let him do his thing while you dance into the sunset.
21:30 – 21:35
Back in – Puerto Colon
The team from Paladio yacht will get ready to wave goodbye to the guests. Should you wish to tip, this is the best time. Cabs are available at the port or if you have made use of the upgrade “luxury transfer” your transfer will be waiting for you in front of the dock.

Paladio yacht information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
- A maximum of 12 participants can join the private trip. This is to ensure greater comfort during the journey.
- On the yacht, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
- The yacht is not accessible for people in a wheelchair.
- Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.
Paladio meeting point
- Meeting point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón. Gate 0.
- You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.
- Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary.
- If you come to the departure point by yourself and want to use the drop-off service afterwards, indicate it on the order note.
Paladio boat Tenerife policy
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 6 days in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. If you cancel less than 6 days in advance you will lose your paid deposit.
- You will be contacted 3 days before the departure date to pay the remaining amount.
- If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before departure, you will lose a 75% of the second payment (75% of 2950€). Finally, if you cancel 24 hours before departure, you will lose all the amount paid.
- If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
- For special dining wishes, or if you want to rent the boat for a longer period feel free to contact us.
- However, the charterer accepts that the use of the private yacht and water toys on board is entirely at his/her own risk and agrees not to hold the owner, charterer, agent, captain or crew responsible for any damage, expenses, loss, accident or even death that may occur during the use of the said yacht/toy.
- Water sports activities such as jet skis, fly boarding and a banana boat can be arranged during the boat trip for an additional cost.

The special Rockstar yacht edition comes with 3 staff members. This includes the captain, waiter and a chef. When they receive a booking for this luxury Tenerife yacht charter, service of the highest level must be given. In all honesty, they know this is expected of them, but they will always go the extra mile because they know that getting tips after a successful yacht charter is a custom. An average tip what guests leave after a great charter starts at 4% of the total amount.
Heaven for every foodie
During the Rockstar experience, a Michelin chef will be at your disposal the entire charter. The yacht’s kitchen will be running for you all along the trip to serve all your favorite dishes. Just leave your preferences and possible allergies in the order note and you will enjoy a magnificent dining experience.
