Weather Policy
This luxury experience requires favorable weather. In case of cancellation due to adverse conditions, the captain will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free of charge up to 6 days in advance by emailing us at office@clubcanary.com. Cancellations made less than 6 days in advance will result in a 40% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure will receive a 20% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, or early termination of the trip due to illness or personal choice, will not be eligible for a refund. Our team is committed to understanding and possibly finding a solution depending on the specific circumstances.
Special Requests
For any special dining preferences, such as choosing between fish or chicken paella, please indicate your preference in the order notes. Should you wish to extend your charter or have specific needs, feel free to contact us directly.
Liability
The use of the yacht and onboard water toys is at the charterer's own risk. The charterer agrees not to hold the yacht's owner, agent, captain, or crew liable for any incidents that may occur during the trip.
Additional Activities
Water sports activities, including jet skis, flyboarding, and banana boating, are available for an extra charge.
