Dress Code & Entry
- New Year’s Eve is an elegant night. Please dress in smart or evening style clothing.
- No sports clothes, beachwear, flip-flops or men’s shorts.
- If the hotel refuses entry due to dress code or behaviour, tickets are not refunded.
Cancellation Policy (NYE Edition)
- Up to 14 days before: free cancellation and full refund.
- 7–14 days before: 60% refund of the amount paid.
- 3–6 days before: 40% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 3 days: no refund.
- Refunds are only possible when approved by the event organizers.
Behaviour & Show Rules

Step 3 – After the Show
The show ends before midnight, but you don’t need to go home. You can stay inside the hotel, order extra drinks at the bar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. From the hotel you can also watch the local NYE fireworks as midnight arrives.
