- Up to 3 quads: cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before. Groups of 4 or more quads: up to 4 days before.
Late Cancellation & No-Show
- Between 12 and 24 hours before: 30% cost (60% for groups). Less than 12 hours: 60% cost. A no-show means no refund.
Availability & Weather
- Monster is a small operator without a real-time calendar. If your tour cannot be confirmed, the booking is not accepted and nothing is charged. If the team cancels for weather or safety, you pick a new date or get a full refund.

- No valid licence means no ride and no refund. Safety decisions by the team on the day are final.
