Siam Park premium information

1. Siam Park is located in Costa Adeje. If you are staying in Puerto de la Cruz you can choose our “bus transfer from Puerto de la Cruz” option.
2. Bring sunscreen, swimwear, towel and money for the deposit for the locker and towel. In the park you may only bring water and some fruit.
3. The ticket will state the day of purchase, but you can choose the day you want to visit the park for up to 6 months.
4. Please fill in your correct hotel or the one nearby. After you have ordered you will receive a ticket with the exact pickup location and time. (ONLY if you choose the bus option).
5. The address of Siam Park is: Av. Siam, s/n, 38660 Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Siam Park Tenerife policy

1. Smoking only in designated areas.
2. Swimwear must be worn on all of the rides.
3. People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.
4. The park is open from 10:00 am to 17:00 pm. You may choose what time you want to access the park.
5. Siam Park premium tickets can be cancelled free of charge at Club Canary up to 72 hours before your selected date. After that the possibility to cancel or refund your ticket no longer exists.

Those staying in the south of Tenerife (near Siam Park) can take advantage of the free bus transfers. The bus runs every 30 minutes between 9.30 until 17.30 (except between 14.00-15.00) from the following Siam Park bus stops:

• Costa Adeje: CC El Duque, Fañabe Plaza, Ocean Park.
• Los Cristianos: C.C. Pasarela – Shopping Mall and Hotel Sol Arona.
• Las Américas: C.C. Presidente – Shopping Mall, Best Tenerife and Llanos de Troya.

Siam Park bus transfers

We can arrange the ticket with the bus transfer included for you. This is for people who are not staying close to Siam Park. Pick up time is around 8:30 and departure time normally at 17:00 and it costs an extra 15€ per person. The exact pick-up time and location can be found on your ticket.

• Puerto de La Cruz: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Los Gigantes: Wednesday.
• El Médano, Golf del Sur, Costa del Silencio: Monday.
