Siam Park Information
Location & Opening
  • Siam Park, Av. Siam s/n, Costa Adeje. The address is on your ticket. Open daily, entry between 10:00 and 17:00 (an hour longer in summer).
  • You choose what time to enter, and the ticket has an open date, usable within 6 months of purchase.
What To Bring
  • Sunscreen, swimwear, a towel and some money for the locker and towel deposit.
  • You may bring water and some fruit into the park, but no other food or drinks.
Getting There
  • Siam Park is in the south, in Costa Adeje. A free local shuttle runs from many south areas (Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Américas), roughly every 30 minutes from 09:30 to 17:30 (with a midday break).
  • Staying further out (Puerto de la Cruz, Los Gigantes, El Médano, Golf del Sur, Costa del Silencio)? A paid transfer can sometimes be arranged on set days, ask us for current options.
Siam Park Policy & Guidelines

In The Park

  • Appropriate swimwear is required for all rides, and smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed (water and some fruit are fine).

Cancellation

  • Groups of 10 or fewer: free cancellation up to 3 days before.
  • Groups of 11 to 49: free up to 6 days before. Groups of 50+: up to 12 days before.

Refunds

  • No refunds after entry. If you leave early or find it busy, the ticket is not refundable, as Club Canary is an official ticket seller and follows the park's post-entry no-refund policy.
When the new premium ticket launches, its exact terms will be shown here. For now, these guidelines apply to the standard and all-inclusive tickets.
