Rental Information

Driver & Booking

Drivers must be 25+ with a licence held for at least 2 years. Reserve with 20% online, pay the balance before or on delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

Free delivery to hotels or a chosen location in south Tenerife. For non-hotel stays, pick a well-known nearby meeting point.
North Tenerife (Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz) available for rentals over 3 days, fees from 125€. Delivery to other Canary Islands is possible for an extra fee, ask us for a quote.

Kilometres & Fuel

Each rental includes a generous kilometre allowance (shown per duration), with extra km at 3€ per km.
Return the car with the same fuel level as delivered. Cars usually arrive with minimal fuel, so refuel shortly after pickup, the delivery team will point you to the nearest station and the correct fuel.

Safety Deposit

A refundable 3,000€ safety deposit is taken at delivery (cash or card), returned in full after the car is returned in good condition. It covers items such as fines, lost keys or damage not included in the insurance.

Rental Length & Restrictions

Minimum rental is 24 hours. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited and not insured, and improper use (such as drifting) or lost keys are not covered.
Do not leave valuables in the car, and report any damage or incident immediately for assistance.

Breakdowns

Roadside assistance is included. If a breakdown occurs, contact your designated person right away, and a replacement car, repair or fair solution will be arranged.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule

You reserve with a 20% deposit online. The balance is paid in advance, based on the total, by bank transfer, in person, or in cash at our office:

Under 1,800€: balance due at least 4 days before the rental starts.
1,800€ to 4,000€: at least 7 days before. 4,000€ to 7,000€: at least 10 days before.
Above 7,000€: at least 14 days before.

Cancellation

25+ days before: 50% of the 20% deposit is refunded (10% of the total).
14 to 25 days before: the full 20% deposit is non-refundable.
5 to 14 days before: the deposit is lost, plus 20% of the total is forfeited.
1 to 5 days before: the deposit is lost, plus 75% of the remaining balance is non-refundable.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: the deposit and full balance are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in extreme cases, subject to approval.

Kilometres, Fuel & Use

Extra kilometres are 3€ per km. Return the car with the same fuel level as delivered.
Off-road driving, drifting and other improper use are prohibited and not covered by insurance. A refundable 3,000€ safety deposit applies.
