Delivery And Collection
  • Free delivery to hotels or a chosen location in south Tenerife. For non-hotel stays, pick a well-known nearby meeting point.
  • North Tenerife (Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz) can be arranged on request. Delivery to other Canary Islands is possible for an extra fee, just ask.
  • Please be on time and keep your phone handy. Collection works the same way, we come to you.
Kilometres And Fuel
  • Each rental includes a kilometre allowance, confirmed with your quote. Extra kilometres are charged at a small per-km rate.
  • Return the car with the same fuel level as on delivery. Our team explains the fuel type and nearest station. Fuel in Tenerife is cheaper than most of Europe.
What Not To Do
  • The car is for use on the Canary Islands as agreed. Off-road driving is not allowed and not covered by insurance.
  • Do not leave valuables in the car. If anything happens, contact us straight away.
Breakdowns
  • Roadside assistance is included. If the car breaks down, contact your designated person immediately and we will arrange a solution.
Deposit, Cancellation And Requirements

Deposit And Payment

  • You reserve with a deposit, and the balance is settled before or on delivery.
  • A refundable security deposit is taken on delivery, by card or cash, and returned when the car comes back in the same condition.
  • The deposit covers things like fines, lost keys, or damage not included in the insurance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 20 days before the rental start date.
  • 10 to 20 days before: loss of 50% of the down payment.
  • 5 to 10 days before: loss of the full down payment.
  • 1 to 5 days before: loss of the full down payment plus 125€ per day booked, up to 625€.
  • Less than 24 hours or a no-show: loss of the full down payment plus 250€ per day booked, up to 1.000€.

Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age 25, with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • A valid driving licence is required. International licences are accepted.
  • Basic English or Spanish is recommended.
