Booking, Meeting Point & Good To Know
- Pay a small deposit now and the rest on the day. If you want to book less than 7 days ahead, please check with us first, as the schedule is not always up to date.
- Meet at Puerto Colón, Gate 5, in Costa Adeje, at the front of the harbour behind the car park. Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure, and a guide will meet you at the gate. Parking is around 1.20€ per hour. Open in Google Maps.
- Sun cream, sunglasses, a camera and swimwear.
- Maximum 11 guests. There are sunbathing spots and shaded seating. You will be asked to remove your shoes, which are stored until you return. Smoking is only at the back.
- Do not board on an empty stomach, or after a heavy meal, dairy or alcohol. If you are prone to seasickness, take a tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- A pick-up service can be added for an extra cost. Contact us after booking, and you can pay for it on the day.

Weather
- This trip needs good weather. If it is cancelled for unsafe conditions, you get a new date or a full refund.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 3 days in advance, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or do not show up, you lose your deposit.
During The Trip
- If something is not right during the trip, please raise it directly with the captain or manager on board. Club Canary staff are not on the boat and cannot assess the situation firsthand.
Health, Timing & Requests
- No refund is given for illness or ending the trip early.
- If you are late, the lost time comes off your trip. If the boat leaves late through no fault of yours, that time is added back on.
- Please note allergies or dietary needs in your booking note, and contact us for extended hire or special dining requests.
