Delivery And Pickup in Tenerife
Our local partner delivers the car to your hotel or apartment and collects it again at the end, so there is no rental desk queue. If you are not at a hotel, just pick a well-known nearby spot as the meeting point, be on time, and keep your phone handy.
Delivery Zones And Fees
- Free delivery and pickup in South Tenerife, including Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje, Callao Salvaje and Playa Paraiso.
- Tenerife South Airport: 30€ each way (30€ delivery and 30€ return).
- North Tenerife (such as Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz) is not part of the standard delivery area. It can be arranged for rentals over 4 days, or from 60€ otherwise.
Staying in the north? The easy option is to take a bus to the Los Cristianos bus station, where we deliver your car for free. You can return it there or at the airport, with no extra delivery fee.

Rental Terms And Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your booking.
- Between 48 and 72 hours before: you lose your deposit.
- Between 12 and 48 hours before: an extra 20€ per day applies, up to 100€.
- Less than 12 hours before, or no-show: 30€ per day applies, up to 150€.

Using The Car
- The car is for use on Tenerife only. To take it to another island you need a rental of over 4 days, and you must check with us first (we cannot guarantee it).
- No off-road driving, it is not covered by the insurance.
- Lost keys and tyre damage from improper driving, such as drifting, are not covered.
- Do not leave valuables in the car. If a window is broken or damage happens, contact us right away.
- You should be able to communicate in basic English or Spanish in case of a minor accident or a police check.
The Cars And Fuel
- Our fleet is maintained and cleaned regularly. Some cars are almost new, others show honest signs of use. These are safe, reliable cars, not a high-end rental.
- All cars are insured. Minor scratches are common from tight parking in Tenerife, and pre-existing marks are not charged. You are welcome to photograph the car on delivery.
- Return the car with the same amount of fuel it had on delivery. The driver shows you the nearest petrol station and which fuel to use.
Delivery And Delays
- We deliver to your hotel or a well-known nearby location. Please be on time and keep your phone handy.
- We aim to be punctual, but traffic can cause delays. If we are more than 15 minutes late, please contact us.
- At the end, we contact you at pickup time. You can also leave the keys at your hotel or apartment reception.
