Get ready for a smooth and fun sea adventure with the Five Star Boat Tenerife. Below you'll find everything you need to know, from what to pack to where to go. Whether you're joining via hotel pick-up or heading to the marina yourself, we've got you covered.
How To Arrive- Free Hotel Pick-Up: if you're staying in South Tenerife, we'll pick you up at no extra cost. Just add your hotel details when booking. Your Club Canary ticket will show the exact time and meeting point.
- Direct to the Port: prefer to drive? Head straight to Marina del Sur, Las Galletas. The boat leaves from gate number 3, please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Ticket Ready: make sure you have your Club Canary ticket (printed or on your phone) ready at check-in.
- Pack Smart: bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and maybe a hat. The sun hits different at sea.
- Light Snack Before: eat something light before the tour. If you get motion sick easily, consider taking a travel tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- Relax in Comfort: there's space to chill in the sun or shade. We also have restrooms and a changing area onboard.
- Shoe-Free Vibes: welcome aboard barefoot! We'll store your shoes safely for a full yacht-style experience.
- Kids & Safety: children under 14 must be with an adult. For babies, bring anything they may need like snacks, sun protection, etc.
- Accessibility: the Five Star Catamaran isn't fully wheelchair accessible, but we're happy to help you onboard, just let us know in advance.

- Weather-Dependent Adventures: for your safety and enjoyment, all trips on the Five Star Catamaran Tenerife are subject to favorable weather conditions. Should inclement weather arise, you'll have the flexibility to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Cancellations Made Simple: we offer free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your departure. For group adjustments, those with 7 or more can cancel free up to 4 days in advance, and groups of 20 or more have up to 7 days. Reach out to us at office@clubcanary.com for assistance.
On The Day Of Your Tour
- Time Management: it's crucial to arrive on time. Unfortunately, we can't provide refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Encountering Marine Life: witnessing whales or dolphins is a highlight of our tours, but as we respect these are wild animals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding that no refunds are issued if no animals are seen.
- Wellness at Sea: seasickness varies by individual, and we advise preparation as refunds for seasickness are not available.
- Feedback Matters: should you have any concerns during your voyage, please share them with our onboard team. Direct communication is essential, as Club Canary does not operate the boat and thus cannot offer refunds without authorization from Five Star.
