Important Information
Bring your Club Canary booking confirmation on the day, you can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy. The remaining balance is paid at the harbour. While card payments may be available, cash is recommended for quicker check-in.
What to Bring- Swimwear and towel for swimming stops, and if you want, drinks and a picnic.
- Sunscreen (there's no shade on the boat, so apply often).
- Valid ID or passport - the driver must be at least 18 years old and able to show ID.
- Meeting Point Details: Gate 11, Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
- Your guide will meet you at the gate and take you to the boat.
- Parking is available at Puerto Colón for around 1.20€ per hour.

Weather Conditions
All trips depend on safe sea conditions. If the weather isn't suitable, we'll help you reschedule for another day that works for you. If rescheduling isn't possible, we'll refund your full deposit.
Cancellation and Changes
- Free cancellation or changes up to 48 hours before your trip. Email us at office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the trip: deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or no-shows: 35% of the total will be charged (excluding fuel).
- If you arrive late, lost time will be deducted from your rental session.
- Seasickness or returning early doesn't qualify for a refund.
Onboard Rules
- The driver must be at least 18 years old and show valid ID or passport.
- Respect marine life. Swimming near whales or dolphins is not allowed. Fines from the coast guard are the renter's responsibility.
