- Shoe Storage: shoes and flip-flops will be stored upon boarding and returned upon our return to the port.
- Smoking Policy: smoking is permitted only at the rear of the boat to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
- Accessibility Note: please be aware that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to space constraints.
- Participant Limit: the Kalima boat tour is intimate and personal, with a maximum capacity of around 23 participants. For more comfortable trips, we recommend parties of 16 or fewer.
- Age Requirement: children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the tour.
- Pre-Tour Advice: to avoid seasickness, please ensure you've eaten beforehand and abstain from alcohol prior to boarding. Consider taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
- Meeting Point: the adventure begins at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 4, located at the front of the harbor on the left-back side.
- Arrival Time: arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Our guide will meet you in front of the gate and escort you to the boat.
- Parking Information: Puerto Colón provides spacious parking areas, with an hourly rate of around 1.20€.

Booking Policy
- Weather Conditions: our top priority is the safety of our passengers. In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by our captain, you have the flexibility to reschedule or opt for a full refund.
- Early Trip Termination: while we strive to provide a delightful experience, if you decide to cut your trip short or return early due to seasickness, we are unable to offer a refund.
- Payment Options and Invoicing: we provide versatile payment solutions, allowing you to either pay in full or secure your booking with a deposit. Should you require an invoice, kindly reach out to us beforehand. A final invoice will be furnished on the day of your charter.
- Addressing Immediate Concerns: should any issues arise during the trip, please communicate them directly to the crew. While refund requests can be considered, they remain subject to the captain's discretion.
Cancellation Policies
- Up to 5 days in advance: receive a full refund.
- Between 3-5 days: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- 2-3 days prior: the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- 24 hours to 2 days prior: forfeit the deposit and incur an additional fee of 150€ per booked hour.
- Less than 24 hours or in case of a no-show: forfeit the deposit and incur an additional fee of 200€ per booked hour.

Our goal is to make advanced bookings as straightforward as possible, allowing clients to secure their spot with just a deposit. However, these deposits do not cover the full costs incurred by last-minute cancellations or no-shows. The additional fees help to mitigate the financial impact on our operations, ensuring we can continue offering flexibility and convenience to all our guests. By proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
