1. Ticket Reminder: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed out.
2. Payment Details: Please have cash or a credit card on hand, as the tour requires final payment before boarding.
3. Sun Protection and Essentials: Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, and swimwear for an enjoyable experience.
4. Multilingual Crew: Our boat’s crew is fluent in several languages, ready to assist and enrich your journey.
5. Participant Limit: The Kalima boat tour is intimate and personal, with a maximum capacity of around 23 participants. For more comfortable trips, we recommend parties of 16 or fewer.
6. Pre-Tour Advice: To avoid seasickness, please ensure you’ve eaten beforehand and abstain from alcohol prior to boarding. Consider taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
7. Onboard Amenities: The boat is equipped with sunbathing areas, shaded seating, a toilet, and a changing room.
8. Shoe Storage: Shoes and flip-flops will be stored upon boarding and returned upon our return to the port.
9. Accessibility Note: Please be aware that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to space constraints.
10. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the rear of the boat to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
11. Meeting Point: The adventure begins at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 4 – located at the front of the harbor on the left-back side.
12. Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Our guide will meet you in front of the gate and escort you to the boat.
13. Parking Information: Puerto Colón provides spacious parking areas, with an hourly rate of around 1.20€.

• Weather Conditions: Our top priority is the safety of our passengers. In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by our captain, you have the flexibility to reschedule or opt for a full refund.
• Early Trip Termination: While we strive to provide a delightful experience, if you decide to cut your trip short or return early due to seasickness, we are unable to offer a refund.
• Payment Options and Invoicing: We provide versatile payment solutions, allowing you to either pay in full or secure your booking with a deposit. Should you require an invoice, kindly reach out to us beforehand. A final invoice will be furnished on the day of your charter.
• Addressing Immediate Concerns: Should any issues arise during the trip, please communicate them directly to the crew. While refund requests can be considered, they remain subject to the captain’s discretion.

Cancellation Policies:

• Up to 5 days in advance: Receive a full refund.
• Between 3-5 days: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• 2-3 days prior: The deposit becomes non-refundable.
• 24 hours to 2 days prior: Forfeit the deposit and incur an additional fee of 150€ per booked hour.
• Less than 24 hours or in case of a no-show: Forfeit the deposit and incur an additional fee of 200€ per booked hour.

Why the Extra Fees? Our goal is to make advanced bookings as straightforward as possible, allowing clients to secure their spot with just a deposit. However, these deposits do not cover the full costs incurred by last-minute cancellations or no-shows. The additional fees help to mitigate the financial impact on our operations, ensuring we can continue offering flexibility and convenience to all our guests.
