Important Information

Before You Go

Bring your Club Canary ticket, digital or printed. Have cash or a card for final payment before boarding. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera and swimwear.

On Board

The crew is multilingual. There are sunbathing areas, shaded seating, a toilet and a changing room. Shoes and flip-flops are stored on boarding and returned at the end. Smoking is only at the back.

Group & Ages

Maximum around 23 guests, and most comfortable with 16 or fewer. Children under 16 must be with an adult. To avoid seasickness, eat beforehand, avoid alcohol before boarding, and consider a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure.

Meeting Point & Parking

Meet at Puerto Colón, Gate 4, in Costa Adeje, at the front of the harbour. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, and a guide will meet you at the gate and walk you to the boat. Parking is around 1.20€ per hour. Open in Google Maps.

Booking Policy

Booking & Payment

Pay in full, or secure your booking with a deposit and pay the rest on the day.
Need an invoice? Contact us beforehand, and a final invoice is provided on the day of your charter.
If any issue comes up during the trip, tell the crew directly. Refund requests remain at the captain's discretion.

Weather

Safety comes first. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, you can reschedule or take a full refund.

Cancellation

Up to 5 days before: full refund.
Between 3 and 5 days before: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
2 to 3 days before: the deposit becomes non-refundable.
24 hours to 2 days before: deposit forfeited, plus 150€ per booked hour.
Less than 24 hours or a no-show: deposit forfeited, plus 200€ per booked hour.

Early Termination

If you choose to end the trip early, including for seasickness, no refund is given.

A deposit lets you hold your date, but it does not cover the full cost of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. The extra fees help cover that, so we can keep offering flexible deposit bookings. By booking, you agree to these terms.
