Private charters run from 3 to 9 hours, from 2300€, with food, drinks and crew included in every booking. The 5 and 6 hour trips are the ones most groups choose. Some dates carry a seasonal supplement that is added automatically at checkout, see the Booking section for how that works.

Important Information
Everything you need to know before your private Maxicat trip, so your day runs perfectly.
Meeting Point- Puerto Colón harbour, Gate 9, Costa Adeje. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to check in and meet the crew.
- Standard departures at 10:00, 13:00 or 16:00. Other times may be possible for private groups, just contact us in advance and we will check.
- At least one group member should carry a valid ID. We recommend swimwear, a towel, sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera. Everything else is taken care of on board.
- Pick-up and drop-off is available as an optional add-on. Select your group size when booking to add it. Coverage runs from Los Cristianos to Callao Salvaje across South Tenerife.
- The boat has a sound system managed by the crew. Near whale and dolphin areas the volume is kept respectful, as required by law. Prefer music over wildlife spotting? Let us know and the captain heads to a bay where it can play freely.
Water sports and snorkelling are not available on the Maxicat private charter. Drinks are served throughout the day, and mixing alcohol with water sports is not safe. If you want jet ski, kayak or other activities, these are booked separately. Club Canary offers a wide range of water sports in Tenerife that combine easily with your day.
It is not possible anywhere in Tenerife to board a catamaran, sail to a restaurant or beach club, and return by boat. It is not safe or permitted. How many people can the Maxicat catamaran take?
The Maxicat is built for groups. It comfortably takes up to 100 guests, which makes it a strong choice for company outings, large celebrations and events. Have an even bigger group? Just contact us.
What is included in a private Maxicat charter?
Every private Maxicat booking includes the crew, food and drinks. You can choose your food option when booking, from sandwiches (vegan choices available) to mixed, chicken or fish paella, and we are happy to arrange other wishes on request.
Can I pay a deposit, or pay everything at once?
Whatever suits you. You can pay a small deposit now and the rest on the day, or pay the full amount at once. For companies and larger groups, we keep it flexible and simple.
Do I get an official invoice for my company?
Yes. You receive an official invoice with taxes included, with no hidden costs or surprise charges added later. What you book is what you pay, which makes it easy for company and event budgets.
Are there different prices in high season?

Policy
Payment
- Pay a deposit to reserve your date and the rest before departure, or pay in full, whichever suits you. Contact us at events@clubcanary.com to arrange a deposit. Many groups book up to a year ahead, which is completely fine.
- You receive an official invoice with the details you need, company name, VAT number, event description, whatever you require.
- All refunds are returned to the same bank account or card used for payment. If a different account is needed, a signed approval from the head booker is required.

Group Size Changes
- If your final group is smaller than booked and this lowers the price, tell us up to 7 days before departure and we refund the difference.
- Changes after 7 days before departure cannot be accommodated.
Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive at Gate 9, Puerto Colón at least 15 minutes before departure.
- If your group is late, the missed time comes off your charter, as the boat keeps a schedule. If the delay is on our side, your trip is extended to make up for it.
Weather & Sea Conditions
- If conditions are not safe to depart, only the captain makes the decision to cancel, and it is final. You then get a full refund or a free reschedule.
- A personal preference for different weather is not a valid reason to cancel without penalty.
- If conditions change during the trip and the captain decides it is unsafe to continue, the boat returns to port, and a partial refund may be offered at Club Canary's discretion.
Early Termination By The Client
- No refund is offered if you or your group choose to end the trip early, for any personal reason including illness.
- Drugs are strictly prohibited on board. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.
- All guests are expected to respect the crew, each other, and the boat at all times.
- If a group behaves in a way that cannot be managed safely, including fighting or drug use, the captain can return the boat to port immediately without any refund.
- The captain's decision in any safety or conduct matter is final.
