🕐 Departure TimesStandard departures at 10:00, 13:00 or 16:00. Other times may be possible for private groups, contact us in advance and we will check availability.
🎒 What to BringAt least one group member should carry a valid ID. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Everything else is taken care of on board.
🚌 Return Transfer ServicePick-up and drop-off is available as an optional add-on. Select your group size when booking to add it. Coverage from Los Cristianos to Callao Salvaje across South Tenerife.
🎵 Music on BoardThe boat has a sound system managed by the crew. Near whale and dolphin watching areas, volume is kept respectful as required by law. If your group prefers music over wildlife spotting, just let us know before or during the trip and the captain will head to a bay where the music can play freely.
Water sports and snorkeling are not available on the Maxicat private charter. Drinks are served throughout the day and mixing alcohol with water sports is not safe. This is a social boat trip, not a water sports session. If you want jet ski, kayak, or other water activities, these need to be booked separately before or after your boat trip. Club Canary offers a wide range of water sports in Tenerife that can easily be combined with your day.
It is not possible anywhere in Tenerife to board a catamaran, sail to a restaurant or beach club, and return by boat. It is not safe, not permitted, and not something any reputable operator offers. If you want a dinner, after party, beach club, or drinks after your trip, we can absolutely arrange that on land through our local connections. 💳 Payment
- The full amount must be paid at least 40 days before departure.
- Booking more than 40 days in advance? A deposit to reserve the date is possible. Contact us at events@clubcanary.com to arrange this. Many groups book up to a year ahead, which is completely fine.
- You will receive an official invoice with the details you need. Company name, VAT number, event description, whatever you require. Just let us know.
- All refunds are returned to the same bank account or credit card used for payment. If a different account is required, a signed approval from the head booker is needed.

👥 Group Size Changes
- If your final group size is smaller than originally booked and this results in a lower price, you can notify us up to 7 days before departure and we will refund the difference.
- Changes after 7 days before departure cannot be accommodated.
⏱️ Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive at gate 9, Puerto Colón at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
- If your group is late, the missed time will be deducted from your charter duration. The boat has a schedule to keep.
- If the delay is on our side, your trip will be extended to make up for the lost time.
🌦 Weather & Sea Conditions
- If conditions are not safe to depart, only the captain makes the decision to cancel. This is final and non-negotiable.
- In the event of a captain cancellation, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Personal preference for different weather is not a valid reason to cancel without penalty.
- If conditions change during the trip and the captain decides it is unsafe to continue, the boat will return to port. A partial refund may be offered at Club Canary's discretion.
🚢 Early Termination by the Client
- No refund is offered if you or your group choose to end the trip early, for any personal reason including illness.
- Drugs are strictly prohibited on board. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.
- All guests are expected to respect the crew, each other, and the boat at all times.
- If the crew determines that a group is behaving in a way that cannot be managed safely, including fighting, drug use, or seriously disruptive behavior, the captain has the right to immediately return the boat to port without any refund.
- The captain's decision in any safety or conduct matter is final.
