Tenerife Forest Quad Excursion Information

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. Bring your driver’s license.
3. From 7 years of age and older, you may ride as a passenger on the back of the quad.
4. A maximum of 8 quad are available.
5. Maximum weight per quad is 160 kg.
6. When you book a double quad, you are allowed to change the driver during the trip.
7. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that may get dirty (no flip-flops).
8. Photos are taken but not included in the price. There will also be a photographic session of this experience, which you can purchase after the activity; single Quad: 15€; Double Quad: 25€; groups: special price.
9. Bring extra clothing if necessary, the temperature may fall as we ride higher into the mountains.
10. Not recommended during pregnancy.
11. The quads are insured, and you don’t need to pay any security deposit.

Forest Quad Biking Policy

1. Anyone with a valid car license may drive a quad bike in Tenerife.
2. Quad biking requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
3. Maximum weight per quad is 160kg. If you exceed a combined weight of over 160kg, you must book 2 single quads. In case you find out at your destination, you have to find a solution with the quad company. In the worst case the quad company has 1 quad available and the other person has to ride in the jeep with the guide. No refunds will be made.
4. Customers who arrive drunk or behave very badly, are turned away and do not receive a refund.
5. You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 48 hours in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. 
6. If you do not cancel in time or are not in time on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
