Deposit & Payment
- A small deposit is paid online at booking, which confirms your slot and counts toward your total.
- The balance is paid at Aqua Club Termal on arrival (cash or card).
- Deposits do not cover last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your visit, with a full refund.
- Under 24 hours: the deposit is lost. No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
- If you or someone in your group falls ill, contact us immediately, we always try to help when possible.
No-Show Fee
- Spa VIP Ticket: a no-show or cancellation under 2 hours before adds a 15€ per person penalty on top of the lost deposit, as the slot is reserved.
- Relax & Spa Deluxe: a no-show or cancellation under 4 hours before adds a 25€ per person penalty, as massages and treatments are pre-booked with therapists for your session.
Dress Code
- Swimwear is mandatory in all thermal areas (swimsuit or swimming shorts at all times).
- Nudity is not permitted anywhere, this is a shared wellness facility, not a naturist centre. Guests not following this will be asked to leave without a refund.
