Honest talk: this is not like booking a normal Siam Park ticket. With only three cabanas per day, summer and holiday dates often sell out months in advance, especially July, August, school holidays and peak travel weeks. Sometimes a date opens again because a guest cancels, and it can be booked again within the hour.

Booking And Payment
- You secure your cabana with a deposit, and your booking is confirmed once it is received.
- The remaining balance is paid before or on the day, depending on your arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before your visit: 90% refund.
- 15 to 30 days before: 80% refund.
- 4 to 15 days before: 70% refund.
- 2 to 3 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 2 days before, no-shows and same-day cancellations: no refund.

- Cabana bookings are extremely limited and often fully booked far in advance. Most providers offer no cancellation at all, so this is one of the more flexible policies available.
- If one person cannot attend, the rest of the group can still use the cabana.
