Good To Know Before Your Banana Boat Ride

Bring cash and a card, as the balance is paid before the ride begins (no card machine may be available).
Wear swimwear and bring a towel and sunscreen.

Where It Leaves From, Puerto Colón

The ride leaves from Puerto Colón harbour, in Adeje, near Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas.
Your exact meeting point, and the Club Canary office, are shown on your e-ticket after booking.
There is plenty of parking at Puerto Colón, at around 1,20€ per hour.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

If the weather is unsafe on your day, we contact you at least 1 hour before and offer a full refund or a reschedule.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
If you do not cancel in time, or are late on the day, there is no refund.
Any issue must be raised with the staff on the boat on the day. Club Canary is the ticket seller and is not on site, so it cannot judge situations after the ride.
