Meeting Point, What To Bring & Good To Know
- Meet at Puerto Colón, Gate 6, in Costa Adeje. Check in at the reception of the water sports centre, and arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- There is plenty of parking in Puerto Colón, at around 1.20€ per hour. Open in Google Maps.
- Choose a start time from 10:00 to 16:00, or select flexible and we will pick a good time for your trip.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, swimwear, and the passport of at least one person in the group. For a Los Gigantes trip, choose 5 hours or more.
- The crew speaks several languages. Maximum 11 guests. There are sunbathing spots and shaded seating.
- No wheelchair access due to space. You will be asked to take your shoes off, which are stored until you return to port. Smoking is only at the back.
- Try not to eat in the 2 hours before departure, and if you are prone to seasickness, take a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes before.

- This private trip needs good weather. If it is cancelled for unsafe conditions, you get a new date or a full refund.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 4 days in advance, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or do not show up, the total paid amount is lost.
- If you feel unwell or choose to end the trip early, no refund is given.
Timing On The Day
- If you are late, the lost time comes off your trip. If the boat leaves late through no fault of yours, that time is added back on.
