White Tenerife Information
- Ticket Reminder: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed.
- Payment: Bring cash or a debit card for the final payment before the tour starts.
- Essentials: Don’t forget to pack swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
- Preparation: Eat before boarding and avoid alcohol to reduce the risk of seasickness. Consider taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Onboard Amenities: Enjoy both sunbathing spots and shaded seating areas. Facilities include a toilet and a changing room. Please remove your shoes before boarding; they will be stored until return.
- Accessibility: The White Tenerife catamaran is not wheelchair accessible, but boarding assistance is available upon request.
- Language Support: The crew is multilingual, enhancing your experience.
Meeting Point
- Location: Departure is from Puerto Colón, gate number 8, at the back left of the port.
- Timing: Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. Club Canary staff at the gate will assist with ticket verification and final payments.
- Parking: Ample parking is available at Puerto Colón at an hourly rate of approximately €1.20.
- Directions: Use Google Maps to locate the departure point and Club Canary’s office.
White Tenerife Boat Policy
- Weather Dependency: The White Tenerife boat experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule the White Tenerife boat trip free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Please send your request to: office@clubcanary.com.
- Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel your White Tenerife boat trip within the designated time, are not on time on the day of the tour, or are a no-show, there will be no refund.
- Wildlife Sightings: On the White Tenerife boat, sightings of whales or dolphins are typically expected, but cannot be guaranteed as interactions depend on nature’s unpredictability. There are no refunds if animals are not seen.
- Seasickness: No refunds are provided if you experience seasickness during the White Tenerife boat trip.
- Feedback: Please address any complaints or feedback directly with the White Tenerife boat staff on the day of the tour. Since the Club Canary team is not present during the trip, we cannot make judgments on certain situations or authorize refunds.
- Damage Penalty: A deposit does not cover cancellations or damages. A penalty of €15 per person is charged for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the White Tenerife boat trip, late arrivals, or no-shows.
