Hire White Tenerife Catamaran – Information

• Ticket Requirement: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed out. Check-in with the White Tenerife staff at gate number 8 in Puerto Colón, who will verify your ticket and manage any remaining payments.
• Booking and Payments: Secure your preferred date by making a down payment. We will confirm your reservation once the down payment is received.
• Trip Duration: To explore Los Gigantes and Masca aboard the Tenerife Paradise Catamaran, a minimum rental of 5 hours is required.
• What to Bring: For maximum comfort, bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, and swimwear.
• Crew Languages: Our multilingual crew is ready to assist you in several languages, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Capacity: The White Paradise catamaran can accommodate up to 74 participants, offering spacious sunbathing areas and shaded seating.
• Accessibility: Please note that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board due to space constraints.
• Health Recommendations: Avoid eating 2 hours before departure to minimize seasickness, and consider taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes prior to departure.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the designated area at the back of the boat.

Departure Details:

• Location: The White Tenerife charter departs from Puerto Colon, gate number 8, located at the back left of the harbor near the parking spaces.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to ensure a timely check-in.
• Parking: Spacious parking is available at Puerto Colón with an hourly rate of approximately 1,20€.
• Directions: Open the location on Google Maps to find the exact departure point and the office of Club Canary.

Hire White Paradise Catamaran – Policy

1. The private catamaran tour requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
2. You may cancel or reschedule the private trip for free up to 15 days in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com.
3. All cancellations between 4 and 14 days in advance lose their entire paid deposit.
4. PLEASE NOTE: White Paradise charter bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure time are subject to an additional penalty of 450€ in addition to the deposit paid. This is to compensate for the preparations for your trip and the staff already hired. This rule will also be stated on your E-ticket.
5. Should you not show up for any reason, and you have not contacted us regarding this (at least 5 hours before departure time). Then you will lose the deposit paid and get a fine of 700€. This is because the crew and prepared food for you is already arranged and waiting for you.
6. If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
7. Should you be late on the day of your boat trip, it will be deducted from your hired time. Should the boat leave late (which is not your fault), the lost time will be added to your trip.
8. Should you come with less or more persons than indicated. Contact us up to 12 hours before the departure time. You will then either get a refund of the extra amount paid or we will send you a payment link to settle the deposit for the extra people.
