Important Info About Your Freebird Private Boat Trip

1. You are guaranteed to pay the lowest price for hiring the Freebird catamaran due to Club Canary’s best price guarantee.
2. The Freebird whale watching excursions depart from Puerto Colon at gate 15 in Costa Adeje. If you come here yourself, make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. A pick-up service can also be arranged at various locations in the south of Tenerife from Las Galletas until Playa Paraíso. The pick-up wishes and possibilities can be further discussed after booking.
3. Bring on the day: Club Canary ticket printed or digital, credit card or cash to pay the remaining unpaid amount and an identity card of at least 1 person within your group. Furthermore we advise you to bring swimwear, towel, sunglasses, photo camera and tanning cream.
4. Renting the Freebird includes: staff, drinks, music system and the possibility of a pick-up service. Additionally, catering can be arranged.
5. In addition, this catamaran has over 20 years of experience in arranging whale watching excursions in Tenerife, and she has all the necessary papers to be able to spot whales and offer activities on the boat.
6. Up to 10 days before departure, the Freebird reservation can be cancelled free of charge. For cancellations between 5 and 9 days you will receive a 50% refund, and less than 5 days before departure you will receive no refund. If the captain indicates that the boat trip cannot go ahead due to unsafe weather conditions in Tenerife, you will get the money back or you can move the reservation free of charge.

Freebird Private Trip Rules & Conditions

Weather Dependence:

• The excursion is contingent on favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to unsafe weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests for the Freebird catamaran private trip must be made at least 12 days in advance to avoid penalties. Please email your request to office@clubcanary.com.
• If cancellations are not made in time or you fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

Early Termination:

• If you choose to end your private Freebird charter earlier than scheduled due to illness or other reasons, refunds will not be issued.

Tardiness:

• If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your trip duration. Conversely, if the trip starts late due to factors beyond your control, the lost time will be compensated by extending your excursion accordingly.
