💳 Deposit & Payment
- With Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to confirm your booking. It counts toward your total.
- The remaining balance is paid on the day, directly to the guide before the session begins.
- The deposit secures your reservation but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
🗓 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. Send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
- If cancelled after the free cancellation period, the deposit is lost and additional costs may apply.
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
- If you or a participant falls ill last minute, please contact us immediately. We always try to assist when possible.
⚖️ Responsibility & Conduct
- Basic fitness is required to participate. If you are unable to complete the session, no refund can be given.
- Any complaints should be raised with the guide on the day. Club Canary staff are not present during the activity and cannot assess situations after the fact.
- Club Canary works with licensed local partners who ensure safety and quality service.

- If weather or sea conditions make the session unsafe, we will contact you at least 1 hour in advance.
