Good For Body And Mind
Kayaking is great gentle exercise and a calm way to enjoy the sea. Here are 8 health benefits of paddling, good for both your body and your mind.
Turtles & Dolphins, The Honest Odds
This is the reason to pick the kayak over a boat snorkel. We paddle toward Palm-Mar, one of the best places on the island to see sea turtles, then snorkel there for about 30 minutes. Turtles are seen on many trips, which is why we are happy to feature them here.
🐢 What To Expect
Turtles are likely but never guaranteed, because this is wild nature, not a zoo. Dolphins sometimes pass by as a lovely bonus, but far less often. On the snorkel you also see plenty of fish and other sea life. If you meet a turtle, keep a calm, respectful distance and never chase or touch it. Come for the paddle and the snorkel, and treat any turtle as the highlight.
