Meeting Point, What To Bring & Good To Know
- Marina del Sur, Las Galletas, in the south of Tenerife. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The captain meets you at the gate and walks you to the yacht. Open in Google Maps.
- Your Club Canary ticket (on your phone or printed), swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- The crew speaks English, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak and a little German.
- Eat something before you board, avoid alcohol beforehand, and it is a good idea to take a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- You will be asked to take your shoes off, which are stored until you return to port. There is a toilet and a changing room. Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.

Weather
- This private trip needs good weather. If it is cancelled for unsafe conditions, you are offered a new date or a full refund.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 4 days in advance, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time, or you are not on time on the day, there is no refund.
Timing On The Day
- If you are late, the lost time comes off your hired time. If the boat leaves late through no fault of yours, that time is added back to your trip.
Food & Allergies
- Please pass any allergies or important food wishes to us in the order note.
Seasickness
- If you become seasick and the captain has to change the route, this does not qualify for a refund.
