Kayaking Tenerife

• Ticket Reminder: Don't forget your Club Canary ticket. It can be digital on your phone or a printed copy.
• Payment Details: Please bring cash or a credit card for the final payment before your kayaking adventure begins.
• What to Wear and Bring: Comfort is key! Wear your swimwear under your clothes, pack a towel, and don't forget sunscreen to protect yourself during the journey.
• Age and Safety: Our kayaking and snorkeling Tenerife experience is safe for adventurers aged 6 to 65 years. The knowledgeable crew speaks several languages, ensuring clear communication and safety throughout.
• Personal Items: Shoes and slippers will be securely stored at Atlantis Dive School. You're welcome to bring a camera or phone, but please remember that their safety is your responsibility.
• Facilities: Atlantis Dive School is equipped with restrooms and changing rooms for your convenience.
• Health and Safety Policies: Smoking is not permitted during the activity. Women up to 5 months pregnant can enjoy the kayak trip, ensuring everyone has a chance to partake in this amazing experience.
• Kayak Sharing Guidelines: Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in a kayak. Two adults can share a kayak, and a third person is only permitted if it's a child, ensuring comfort and safety for all.
• Pick-Up Information: For those using the pick-up service, please wait outside your hotel or accommodation. Our minibus, marked with the Atlantis Kayak team, will collect you. The driver, fluent in English and Spanish, will verify your Club Canary kayak ticket. Please note that this service costs +4€ per person, payable directly on the day, and is not included in the online price.

Meeting Location

1. Address: Edificio Guayero 2, 38650 Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
2. Near the diving school, it is not easy to park. Therefore make sure you are on time, and possibly prepared to walk a bit from the car to the starting point.
3. Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary.

Weather Conditions:

If the weather turns bad or unsafe on your booked day, we'll inform you at least 1 hour beforehand. You'll have the choice of a full refund or rescheduling your adventure.

Fitness Level Required:

A basic level of fitness is needed for kayaking. If you're unable to complete the trip and need to return early, we cannot offer a refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling for Individuals and Small Groups:

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your trip for groups of 6 or less. Just email us at office@clubcanary.com. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

Cancellation for Larger Groups:

• Groups of 7 to 15 people must cancel 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Groups of 16 or more require 5 days' notice for cancellation. Failing to meet these conditions results in the loss of your deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is made.

Wildlife Sightings: Kayaking with dolphins Tenerife

Encounters with dolphins and kayak turtles Tenerife are likely but not guaranteed. We don't offer refunds for not seeing animals, but you might get the chance to join another trip for free, at the guide's discretion.

Deposits and Penalties:

Reserving your trip with Club Canary requires a deposit. Being late, not showing up, or last-minute cancellations mean you lose your deposit. Cancel less than 24 hours in advance, and you lose the deposit. For cancellations within 3 hours of departure or no-shows, you'll incur a 15€ penalty per person in addition to losing your deposit. The same applies if you're significantly late and miss the excursion unless the guide offers a special solution.
