- Pick-up and drop-off are included from accommodation in south Tenerife, around 08:00.

What To Wear & Bring
- Comfortable sports or hiking shoes, and clothing suitable for the weather (a jacket or long trousers if needed).
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen), plus water and snacks for the hike.
- There may be a short supermarket stop before the hike, where you can buy food such as sandwiches at your own cost.

- A basic level of fitness is needed (walking uphill or stairs). The hikes are not extreme but require moderate ability.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
