🚐 Your Private Vehicle:
– You will travel in a Renault Trafic 2019 with up to 8 seats – spacious, clean, and fully private.
– Fuel is included, air conditioning is adjustable, and you are welcome to play your own music.
– For groups of up to 4, an upgrade to a newer luxury vehicle may be available depending on availability.
– Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.

– The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible, but a folding wheelchair can be accommodated.

Deposit & Payment

• To book your North Tenerife Private Tour, deposit is required. This deposit is part of the total price.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour, directly to your local guide or driver.
• Your deposit confirms your private guide, vehicle, and tour date. Because availability is limited, this deposit is non-transferable to another activity if you cancel late.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 96 hours (4 days) before your tour.
• If you cancel less than 96 hours before, your deposit is lost.
• Cancellations made 2–3 days before the trip result in loss of your deposit and an additional 25% of the remaining balance as compensation for the reserved guide and vehicle.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before will result in the loss of your deposit plus 80% of the remaining balance.
• If you cancel less than 5 hours before the tour or fail to show up, you lose your full deposit and owe 100% of the total payment.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Please be ready at your pickup location on time. Late arrivals can delay or shorten your private tour.
• Guests who cancel last minute or do not appear for the pickup will be considered no-shows and charged the full amount next to the paid down payment.

Weather & Route Adjustments

• All routes depend on local weather and road conditions. Your guide may adjust the itinerary for safety or comfort.
• If a major attraction (such as Taganana, La Laguna, or Las Teresitas) becomes inaccessible, an alternative stop will be offered.
• If the tour must be fully canceled due to weather, you will receive a free reschedule or full refund.

Behavior & Safety

• Your private Tenerife guide is licensed and experienced. Please follow all safety instructions and respect the local environment.
• Guests behaving disrespectfully or under the influence of alcohol may be refused service without refund.
