Rental Information
- We deliver and collect from your hotel or apartment in Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, La Caleta, Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje. This is a delivery service, so please do not come to the Club Canary office. Add your hotel name and preferred delivery time when booking.
- Place your order online (pick the date, bike type and days), then message us so we can set the ticket with the correct details and confirm it. You can also book via live chat or WhatsApp. Payment is taken once the booking is confirmed (except iDEAL, which is instant). Note: our bike partner does not deliver on Sundays, so a Sunday order can take a little longer to confirm.
- The online deposit is a down payment and part of the total price. On the day, a refundable safety deposit is also taken: 50€ per bike, or 100€ for an electric mountain bike, returned in full unless the bike is damaged, misused or stolen.
- All riders must be aged 18 to 70. We no longer offer kids bikes or child seats. E-bike range is up to about 60 km per charge, and a charger is included on rentals longer than one day so you can recharge overnight.
- Stay in the south, below the TF-1, and stick to flat coastal routes. Follow traffic rules, store the bikes safely overnight, and ride carefully. Service may be refused for intoxication or inappropriate behaviour, with no refund.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment
- A small down payment (about 20% of the total) confirms your booking, and the balance is paid on delivery when the bikes arrive.
- The down payment secures your reservation and covers preparation and admin costs in case of late cancellation.
Cancellation
- More than 72 hours before: full deposit refund.
- 24 to 72 hours before: 50% of the deposit is kept, covering transaction fees and preparation.
- Less than 24 hours before: the deposit is not refundable.
- No-show at the hotel: the deposit is lost and 50% of the arrival amount is charged, for the delivery and preparation already done.
- Cancellations must be requested by email to office@clubcanary.com.
Responsibility & Conduct
- Club Canary works only with licensed local suppliers who maintain the bikes. The renter is responsible for the bike during the whole rental, including safe overnight storage.
