Weather & Wildlife
- This boat trip depends on good weather and sea conditions. If it is cancelled by the operator for safety, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
- Whales, dolphins and turtles are wild animals. Sightings are very common on this coast but can never be guaranteed.
- By law, time spent watching the animals is limited to protect them, so the trip is also about the sail, the swim and the lunch.
Seasickness
- No refund is given if you feel seasick or if the captain has to change the route for safety or comfort.
- If you are prone to seasickness, eat beforehand, go easy on alcohol, and take a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes before.
Cancellation, Individual Bookings
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Just email office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancel between 3 and 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations less than 3 hours before, or no-shows: no refund.
Cancellation, Groups
- Small groups of 5 or more: free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
- Large groups of 15 or more: free cancellation up to 4 days before departure.
On The Day
- Be ready on time for your transfer or at the meeting point. Late arrivals cannot be waited for and are treated as a no-show.
- The swim stop goes ahead when conditions allow, it is optional and at your own risk, please follow the crew at all times.
- Children under 11 must be with an adult, and the Shogun cannot take wheelchairs on board.

- Please raise any issue with the Shogun crew on the day, while they can help. Club Canary staff are not on board and cannot step in during the trip.
